Flying
Sketchbook Assignment: Flying
1. Sketched/Inked version- I sketched this first, then I rendered it with a black pen
2. Rendered- I scanned it, then I traced it using gimp.
3. Color test- Before colouring it, I tested out some colours for this, and I found some suitable colors that matched it
4. Final- Coloured and edited, and added texts

celebration
Sketchbook Assignment: Celebration
The sketchbook assignment, I did is called celebration. the first thing that came up to my mind for celebration, is a party. The concept for my sketchbook assignment, would not include the concept party (well maybe) because I felt that it was overused, so I decided not to use it. Instead of using that concept, I thought of a new one. The new concept is about a guy taking all the credit of making a cake, while an little guy, who actually made the cake, is arguing and trying to get the cake back, while the guy is trying to push him away, and trying to impress someone.
This is the inked version of my celebration. I inked this picture on my sketchbook using my highlighter, before scanning it.
This is the rendered version, I did on gimp. I first scanned it, then I outlined it using the paintbrush tool.
This is the other rendered version with out the sketch behind it
This is the colored version I painted on gimp.
Over all I enjoyed drawing this, because not only was it looks simple but it also, shows the story by itself, with out even reading a summery.
